Cava is a sparkling wine made from Parellada and Xarelho grapes. This blend gives Champagne a pleasant acidity and tropical fruit aromas. Spanish sangria made with Cava (literally, "cave"), with the addition of peach brandy and berries, looks more presentable and sophisticated. Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl and serve at a party or special event.
