Grape sangria - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1 green apple, cored and diced
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup red grapes, seeded and halved
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 bottles (750 ml each) of dry white wine, chilled
  • 1 cup grape juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup vodka

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place green grapes in the freezer for 2 hours.
  2. Combine apples, lemon slices, red grapes, sugar, wine, grape juice and vodka in a large pitcher.

  3. Place frozen grapes into glasses and fill to the top with sangria.
