This white apple sangria with cinnamon, orange, and raspberry is autumnally delicious with a warming spicy note. Perfect for Sunday brunch or fall house parties, when the sun is still shining and memories of summer are fresh.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups natural non-alcoholic apple cider
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 1.5 cups of soda
  • 0.5 cups orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Pinot Grigio
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine apple cider, raspberries, club soda, orange liqueur, apple, cinnamon stick, orange, and wine in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 2 days. Serve chilled with ice.
