- 1 bottle (750 ml) of red wine
- 1/4 cup brandy

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced, without wax coating
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling water
