Sangria - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of red wine
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (preferably Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and thinly sliced, without wax coating
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled sparkling water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in a large plastic container or glass pitcher. Cover and chill completely, 1 to 2 hours. Add the sparkling water before serving.
