Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large pitcher, combine the brandy and orange liqueur. Add the sugar and stir or shake the pitcher vigorously until the sugar dissolves. Add all the fruit at once. Add the cava and serve as is or over ice.
You can You can use whatever citrus fruits you have, but it's worth spending a couple of extra rubles to buy good varieties.
