Winter sangria - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups of orange juice without pulp
  • 90 - 180 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tube cinnamon
  • 2 oranges, separated into segments, remove membrane
  • 1 green apple, core removed, flesh cut into large cubes
  • 1 pear, core removed, flesh cut into large cubes
  • 2 liters of sweet sparkling red wine, chilled
  • 1 liter lime lemonade, chilled

  1. Combine orange juice, orange liqueur, and honey in a large punch bowl. Add a cinnamon stick, oranges, and sliced ​​apples and pears. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
