Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of fruity red wine
  • 2 cups of pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup French Triple Sec orange liqueur
  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup (heat equal parts sugar and water until the sugar dissolves and let cool)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 large orange, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 green apple, peeled, cored, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 48 hours before serving. Serve over ice.
