White sangria is made with white wine, club soda, orange liqueur, and brandy, and garnished with lemon and orange wedges. Its bright, refreshing flavor is perfect for any summer party. Chill the pitcher before serving and serve over ice. It's easy and enjoyable to drink, and most importantly, it instantly lifts your spirits.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 bottle (0.75 l) of white wine
  • 0.5 cups brandy or cognac
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (preferably Cointreau)
  • 2 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
  • 0.5 cups orange juice
  • 0.5 cups of sparkling water
  • 1 medium unpeeled orange, chopped
  • 1 unpeeled lemon, sliced
