This white sangria is made with dry white wine and flavored with strawberries and kiwi. The drink is refreshing and light, perfect for both a hot summer day and the first days of spring, when the midday sun warms up and you can sit with friends in the backyard sipping sparkling sangria.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 cups strawberries, some chopped, some left whole
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry white wine, such as Chardonnay, plus more to taste
- 1 cup fruit juice, such as pineapple or orange
- 1 cup sparkling water + more to taste
- 0.5 cups brandy
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for serving
- 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 lime wedges

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine strawberries, wine, fruit juice, club soda, brandy, mint leaves, kiwi, and lime in a large pitcher, jar, or bowl and stir, stir, stir.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Taste before serving, and if it's too sweet, add a splash of soda or dry wine. If you let the sangria sit overnight, it will develop a beautiful pink hue!
- To serve, add some of the soaked fruit to a glass filled with crushed ice. Pour in the sangria and garnish with a mint leaf!
