White sangria with kiwi - detailed recipe.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of white wine
  • 1 cup orange liqueur (French liqueur Cointreau, because it goes best with white sangria with kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced ​​into rounds (reserve a few rounds for garnish)
  • 2 green apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 1.5 cups green seedless grapes
  • 1 bottle of sparkling water (1 l.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice cubes
