Sangria is the perfect drink if you're hosting a large gathering and need to make it in advance. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the more intense the flavor will be. Try a refreshing white wine sangria with orange, lime, and kumquat. A perfect treat for a summer barbecue!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 3 bottles of Pinot Grigio
  • 1.5 cups brandy
  • 3/4 cup orange liqueur
  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 blood orange, thinly sliced
  • 3 kumquats, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large jug, combine wine, brandy and orange liqueur.
