Pink sangria with raspberries

This sangria is pink not only in color, but also in taste! The delicate floral aroma of rose is beautifully complemented by fresh raspberry and grapefruit soda. The drink is delicate and sparkling, perfect for celebrating March 8th, Mother's Day, or a spring picnic in the garden.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cups of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of rose wine
  • 1.5 cups of soda
  • 1 can (0.33 l) of grapefruit soda, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo
  • 2 containers of raspberries, 170 g each.
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine sugar and 0.5 cups of water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add rose water. Let cool, then pour the syrup into a three-liter jug.
  • Step 2
  • Add wine, club soda, and grapefruit soda to the pitcher and stir. Add raspberries and cover the pitcher with plastic wrap. Refrigerate the sangria to chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Step 3
  • To serve, fill 8 glasses halfway with ice, then pour in the sangria and place berries in each glass.
