A vibrant fruit platter is a true highlight of any holiday table. To create a striking look, choose fruits and berries in contrasting colors, such as pineapple, melon, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. A fig leaf platter will add a welcome pop of green. All fruits and berries should be very fresh and ripe. Peel and arrange them just before serving to ensure your fruit platter looks fresh.
