Tyler Florence's cheese plate is a wonderful appetizer that requires little effort to prepare: a wheel of brie cheese is baked until soft and creamy. Serve the cheese with your favorite accompaniments, like sliced bread, crunchy carrots, or pretzels.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

- Celery stalks, cut into strips

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Wrap a circle of brie cheese in foil, covering it completely, and place it on a baking sheet. Bake the cheese until it's runny, like fondue, about 20 minutes. Serve with celery, carrots, apples, or bread for dipping.
