3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry
- 3.5 tbsp olive oil, plus a little extra for greasing
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 lemon
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Toss chickpeas with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Place the chickpeas in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove and cool.
Add young spinach, 1.5 tbsp olive oil to the chickpeas, and salt to taste.
Place the baked chickpeas on plates and garnish with lemon wedges.
