Baked potatoes - detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 potato tubers
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Chives for sprinkling
  • Butter

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Add salt and pepper to the olive oil. Prick the potatoes with a fork and rub with oil.

    Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Place a rack on a baking sheet, place the potatoes on the rack, and place in the top rack of the oven. Bake until tender, 50 minutes.

    Make a slit and open, put a piece of butter on each, sprinkle the baked potatoes with chives, season with salt and pepper.
