Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 g of Yukon Gold yellow-skinned potatoes
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1/2 garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Juice of 6 oranges
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F). While the potatoes are baking, prepare the mojo sauce. Sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Deglaze the pan with white wine and heat until almost all the liquid has evaporated. Add orange juice and reduce by 2/3. Add herbs, salt, and pepper. When the potatoes are done, pour hot mojo sauce over them and serve immediately.
