- 2 sprigs sage, finely chopped
- 8 cloves of garlic, crushed with a knife
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the baking tray in the lower part of the oven and preheat the oven to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sage, salt and pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix with sage oil.
- Place the potatoes in an even layer on a hot baking sheet and bake, covered with foil, for 30 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the foil, add the garlic to the potatoes, and stir. Then increase the temperature to 200°C. Continue baking until golden brown, about 30 more minutes. Add more salt if needed.
