Baked sweet potato with aioli sauce - a detailed recipe.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 large sweet potato with peel
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, pierce them with a fork in several places, and place in an oven preheated to 190°C.

    Bake sweet potatoes until tender, about 50 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic with salt and crush it with a knife blade, then grind it into a pulp.

    Combine the garlic and mayonnaise in a saucepan, whisking constantly. Gradually pour in the olive oil and season with pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of water if needed.

  3. Cut the potatoes in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brush with aioli sauce.
