Combine 2 teaspoons each onion powder, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon each dried dill, coarse salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Slice 3 sweet potatoes 2 cm thick. Toss with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1.5 tablespoons spice mix. Roast in the oven at 450°F (230°C) until the sweet potatoes are golden brown, about 50 minutes. Toss with the remaining spices.
