Bake the sweet potato slices in the oven, drizzle them with a sweet and tangy sauce made with butter and maple syrup, and top with pecans.

Ingredients for the recipe:

- 2/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp (60 g) butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 230°C and position the rack on the middle shelf.
While the oven is preheating, place the pecans on a baking sheet and toast until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
