Potatoes baked with garlic

Make a simple and delicious potato side dish that will look as appetizing as it tastes. Use small, thoroughly washed potatoes. Without peeling, cut the potatoes in half, toss them with olive oil and garlic, and roast in the oven until beautifully browned. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve as a side dish with any meat, poultry, or fish dish.
Ingredients:
- 1.3 kg small potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic (6 cloves)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

- Preheat oven to 200°C. Step 2
- Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic; toss until the potatoes are well coated. Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer. Step 3
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir twice during baking to ensure even browning. Step 4
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, salt to taste and serve with chicken.
