This dish is simple and delicious, and it can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving. You can never have enough of this creamy, smooth puree. Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2.3 kg potatoes, peeled and washed
  • 165g salted butter, plus extra for sprinkling
  • 230 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup or approximately the same amount of cream with 12.5% ​​fat content
  • A small amount of heavy cream
  • 3-5 heads of baked garlic

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Dice the potatoes and simmer in a saucepan of water until tender when pierced with a fork (25-30 minutes). Drain and return the vegetables to a low heat. Mash the potatoes for 5 minutes to release most of the steam.

  3. Add the butter, cream cheese, 12.5% ​​cream, heavy cream, a pinch of salt, pepper, and roasted garlic. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
