If you're making mashed potatoes for a holiday table, give them a more sophisticated flavor by adding grated truffled Pecorino cheese. Serve with warm cream and butter and let sit, covered, for a few minutes to allow the flavor to develop.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Boil 450g of peeled and quartered potatoes until tender, 30 minutes; drain.
- Heat 2/3 cup of heavy cream (10%) in a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the potatoes and mash.
- Add 0.5 cups of grated truffle-infused Pecorino cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
