Indian-style mashed sweet potatoes - a detailed recipe.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Bake the sweet potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until soft, about 1 hour. Cut the potatoes in half, then scoop out the pulp. Mash the potatoes with butter until smooth, and add salt to taste.
