Add plain natural yogurt to mashed potatoes, and your side dish will become incredibly smooth and creamy. A mixture of fresh herbs—green onions, parsley, and dill—will infuse it with a refreshing aroma. Serve garnished with chopped herbs.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 g potatoes, unpeeled
- 1.5 cups natural yogurt
- 110 g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the potatoes in a medium saucepan, cover with cold water, and add 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, until tender, about 45 minutes. Drain.
- Peel the potatoes and return them to the pan (if desired, puree them with a vegetable grinder or potato masher). Mash the potatoes with the yogurt and butter using a fork or potato masher. Add most of the chives, dill, parsley, and 2 teaspoons of salt; season with pepper to taste. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a serving platter and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
