Garlic Potato Chips - A Detailed Recipe.

- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 2 large red potatoes, peeled if desired
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil

2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

- Sauté the garlic in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Cool, then strain through a sieve. Step 2
- Thinly slice the potatoes, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Toss the potatoes with garlic oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Step 3
- Fry the potato chips in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
