- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

- In a bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to taste. Place the potatoes in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Step 2
- Fry the chips in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Remove the chips from the oven, toss with the spices, and continue frying for another 2 minutes, until golden brown, then cool.
