The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, combine peanuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and corn nuts. Add chili powder, allspice, cumin, zest, cayenne pepper, sugar, canola oil, and 2 tablespoons salt and mix thoroughly.
  2. Spread the nut mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 4 minutes, then stir and continue baking until golden brown, about 4 more minutes. Pour the nuts onto a serving dish and let cool.
