3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup peeled pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 tbsp. corn nuts
- 4 tbsp chili powder (See the recipe for the chili pepper spice mix here)
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tbsp. l. canola oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, combine peanuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and corn nuts. Add chili powder, allspice, cumin, zest, cayenne pepper, sugar, canola oil, and 2 tablespoons salt and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the nut mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 4 minutes, then stir and continue baking until golden brown, about 4 more minutes. Pour the nuts onto a serving dish and let cool.
