How to Make - Spicy Deviled Eggs

A recipe for deviled eggs with Sriracha sauce, bacon, lime zest, and Dijon mustard.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crumbled fried bacon
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (hot Asian chili pepper sauce)
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Mash the yolks into a paste, add sour cream, bacon, Sriracha sauce, cilantro, mustard, lime zest and juice. Season with salt to taste and stir.
  2. Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture and sprinkle with lime zest.
