Recipe for deviled eggs with jalapeño peppers and fried onion rings.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons chopped pickled jalapeños
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Fried onion rings in batter, crumbled
  • Paprika

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Mash the yolks into a paste, add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon zest, and jalapeño pepper. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
  2. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and sprinkle with onion and paprika.

    Serve stuffed eggs as an appetizer.
