You can use any nuts you'd like to add extra flavor to these cookies, such as peanuts, almonds, cashews, or a combination of the three. The nuts are mixed with butter creamed with brown sugar, paprika, and rosemary and baked until crispy. This gives the snack a savory caramel flavor that's hard to resist. Serve these unique nuts, which you can't buy anywhere else, at home parties or pre-package them and give them as gifts. They can also be added to salads or used in other dishes.

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons each melted butter, water, and chopped rosemary, and 2 teaspoons paprika. Add 1 cup each roasted salted peanuts, almonds, and cashews; toss to coat. Place on a greased rimmed baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C), stirring occasionally, until toasted, 15 to 20 minutes; let cool completely.
