Make these delicious and healthy pita chips specifically for hummus or other Middle Eastern or Mediterranean-style dips. The flatbreads are cut into triangles, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with spices, including aromatic za'atar, and baked in the oven until crispy. They're much healthier than regular deep-fried chips, and they look stunning when served.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 175°C, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place the pita bread pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the za'atar, granulated garlic, and paprika. Drizzle the pita bread with olive oil, then sprinkle each piece evenly with the spice mixture.
- Bake until the pita bread is golden and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes, rotating the baking sheets halfway through.
- Serve pita chips immediately or let cool completely and then transfer to an airtight container for storage.
