- 24 large shrimp, deveined but with tails on
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- Place the shrimp in a bowl and sprinkle with fennel, red pepper flakes, plenty of salt and black pepper, and the zest of two lemons. Add the garlic and olive oil and toss with your hands to coat the shrimp evenly. Step 2
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, drizzle the juice of 2 lemons over the pan and serve immediately.
