To prepare this Italian-style dish, peeled shrimp are sautéed in vegetable oil with onions, garlic, tomatoes, and a splash of white wine. After the wine has evaporated slightly, a delicious, light sauce remains in the pan. Thicken it with butter and add lemon juice. The entire preparation takes no more than 10 minutes. The sauce is amazing: citrusy and spicy with creamy notes. Serve the shrimp scampi with cooked pasta or rice.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 g shrimp (26/30 pcs.), peeled, deveined
- 1 tbsp. grape seed oil
- 1/4 cup yellow or white onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cups dry white wine
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.5 tsp ground white pepper
- 450 g of pasta, boiled (can be replaced with rice)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a skillet, heat the grapeseed oil over medium-high heat until hot. Reduce the heat to medium and add the onion and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon to ensure even heating.
- Add the shrimp and cook, stirring constantly. When the shrimp turn pink, about 3-4 minutes, add the tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute. Deglaze the pan with wine. Let the liquid evaporate for 1 minute.
- Remove everything from the pan and toss with butter, parsley, and the juice of one lemon. Stir. Cook the pasta or rice and mix with the shrimp.
