  • Olive oil, about half a cup
  • Coarse salt and black pepper
  • 2 lemons, cut in half

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Heat a grill pan over high heat.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the shrimp lengthwise, but be careful not to damage the shell too much, as this will help preserve the flavor of the shrimp while they are cooked at a high temperature.
  • Step 3
  • Brush the shrimp with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until the shells are bright pink and the shrimp meat is opaque.
  • Step 4
  • At the last minute, sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice and warm it up a little. Serve. fried shrimp with lemon wedges.

    The dish is ready!
