Grilled peeled Bobby Flay shrimp, ready in just 15 minutes, are served drizzled with a sweet and savory blend of soy sauce, ginger, honey, lime juice and garlic.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 more teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, divided into several parts
  • 600 g large peeled shrimp (20–25 pieces)
  • 110 g softened butter
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • About 10 cm piece of finely grated fresh ginger

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic, and 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Add softened butter and mix until smooth.
  2. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and toss. Place on a preheated grill and cook in one position for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
