Lovers of new and unusual flavors will love these chocolate-covered potato chips. Melt your favorite chocolate and dip the ribbed chips in it. Let them harden and serve as an appetizer at a house party.


Ingredients:

  • 350 g of chocolate
  • 24 ribbed chips (choose whole)
  • Sea salt, to taste
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each chip 2/3 of the way into the melted chocolate, place on waxed paper, and sprinkle with a few grains of sea salt.
  • Step 2
  • Leave for 2 hours at room temperature or for 15 minutes in the refrigerator if you need to speed up the drying process of the chocolate.
