Using a variety of toppings, chefs have transformed store-bought vanilla ice cream into more than a dozen new flavor combinations.

How to add toppings to ice cream
1. Soften 500 ml of vanilla ice cream slightly at room temperature. Place in a large bowl.
2. Chop all the large ingredients, then add them to the bowl with the ice cream. Stir and knead until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Place the ice cream mixture in a resealable container and freeze until firm, at least 30 minutes.
