How to Make Ice Cream Milkshake

A milkshake recipe using vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate ice cream. Condensed milk and vanilla syrup are added.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 700 ml vanilla, strawberry or chocolate ice cream
  • 1/3 cup vanilla syrup (such as Monin or Torani)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place 8-10 scoops of ice cream in a single layer in a shallow dish and freeze for 20 minutes until completely hardened.
  2. Pour the evaporated milk and vanilla syrup into a blender. Chill the blender bowl and 2 cups in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  3. Just before serving, remove the ice cream and blender from the freezer. Add the ice cream to the blender and blend on high speed.

    Add the remaining ice cream and blend until smooth. Remove the glasses from the refrigerator and fill them with the cocktail. Serve immediately.
