Pancakes with ice cream - a detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 4 pancakes (cooking recipe 10 pancakes)
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel
  • 1 cup toasted and chopped pecans
  • 0.5 l. peach ice cream
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Turn the ice cream container on its side and use a serrated knife to cut it along with the cardboard to create 4 discs. Arrange the pancakes, place an ice cream disc on each pancake (remove the cardboard), and fold it around the ice cream. Drizzle with salted caramel and sprinkle with pecans.

    Serve immediately or wrap and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
