Transform traditional eggnog into a festive ice cream milkshake by adding brandy.


Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (350 ml) prepared eggnog, see recipe Here
  • 3/4 tbsp. (170 ml.) brandy
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 4 large spoons cinnamon ice cream
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg, to serve
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place 4 tall highball glasses in the freezer to chill.
  • Step 2
  • In a blender, combine eggnog, brandy, and ice cubes and puree until smooth. Add ice cream and puree until combined.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the cocktail into glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve with wide cocktail straws designed for thick drinks.
