This cocktail resembles a classic coffee frappé—cold, foamy, and boasts a delicious coffee-chocolate flavor with hints of cinnamon. It's milk-free, but the signature frappé foam is achieved by whisking an egg white in a shaker with the other ingredients. Serve immediately.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of strong brewed coffee
  • 45 ml brandy
  • 15 ml chocolate liqueur
  • Ice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Combine 1 egg white, 60 ml of strong brewed coffee, 45 ml of brandy, 15 ml of chocolate liqueur, and a pinch of cinnamon in a cocktail shaker; shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
