We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • A few days before brewing the coffee, split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and place it with sugar in a sealed container. To prepare the coffee, warm two cognac glasses. Take a lime wedge and run it around the rim of the glass to moisten it. Dip the rim in vanilla sugar.
  • Step 2
  • Pour orange liqueur into the glasses and set them on fire, one at a time, tilting them to caramelize the vanilla sugar on the rim. Douse the flames with a small amount of coffee.

Pour the almond liqueur, cognac, and coffee liqueur into a copper saucepan and heat. Divide the mixture between two cognac glasses and top up with more coffee. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and insert a straw.
