Time for coffee

Scientists have concluded that it is best to drink coffee between nine o'clock in the morning and twelve o'clock in the afternoon.
American microbiologists believe that the human body responds best to caffeine two hours after waking up in the morning. During this period, drinking coffee is safe. The highest concentration of caffeine in the body occurs when it interacts with cortisol, a hormone responsible for the normal functioning of the body's biological clock.
Between seven and nine in the morning, cortisol levels in the body reach their highest point, causing people to wake up alert and active. Drinking coffee during this time frame leads to caffeine tolerance, and its effects on the body are reduced. Therefore, to wake up, people need to consume larger portions of the drink each time.
That's why scientists recommend drinking coffee two hours after waking up in the morning.
