Cold coffee with ice

How to Make Iced Coffee
Time: 5 minutes plus cooling time
Complexity: easily
Servings: 2 - 4

When it's hot outside, nothing is more refreshing than a cold iced coffee. Ina Garten recommends using flavored coffee, such as chocolate almond, for a more dessert-like drink. Plus, the lack of sweetener in chocolate almond coffee is easier to tolerate if you're watching your carbs. For a more intense flavor, freeze the cold coffee in an ice cube tray and add the ice to your coffee.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chocolate almond coffee (or flavored coffee)
  • 6 tbsp of water
  • Ice cubes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
