Chamomile tea is steeped with strawberry slices, then chilled and topped with gin. The drink is easy and pleasant to drink, moderately sweet, and with a floral-fruity finish, it'll quickly turn heads. Serve over ice, garnished with fresh strawberries.

Bring 4 cups water to a boil with 1 cup sliced ​​strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar; stir to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat, add 12 chamomile tea bags, and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing lightly on the strawberries. Stir in 3 cups cold water and 1 cup gin. Refrigerate. Serve over ice with strawberry slices.
