This refreshing cocktail of iced tea and lemonade was named after American golfer Arnold Palmer. Traditionally non-alcoholic, it's a popular family drink at summer parties, but if you're looking to up the ante a bit, a light limoncello liqueur is the perfect complement. It keeps the drink low in alcohol and intensifies the citrus flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cold tea, such as oolong
  • 1.5 cups of carbonated lemonade
  • 1.5 cups limoncello
  • Citrus ice cubes
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine tea, lemonade, and limoncello in a pitcher. Stir with a cocktail spoon.
  • Step 2
  • Pour into 6 glasses filled with citrus ice cubes or regular ice cubes and serve with a straw.

    Ice:
    To chill your drink without diluting it with water, freeze iced tea with a little lemon zest.
