In this dessert, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are mixed with sugar and soaked in limoncello, then served in bowls with a lemon-yogurt topping made with yogurt, lemon curd, honey, and vanilla. This light and refreshing fruit salad with limoncello makes a wonderful summer dessert.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup lemon cream
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced ​​strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tbsp. limoncello liqueur
  • 1 banana, cut into slices
  • Fresh sprigs of mint

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Lemon Yogurt Topping: Whisk the yogurt with lemon curd, honey and vanilla, set aside and keep at room temperature.
  2. Fruit salad: Gently mix together the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sugar, and limoncello. Let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to allow the berries to soak in the sugar and limoncello. Add the banana and mix gently.

  3. Serve the fruit bowls with a generous dollop of yogurt on top. Garnish each bowl with a sprig of fresh mint.
