This cocktail is made with Limoncello liqueur, Chardonnay wine, and a splash of gin. A sprig of thyme will enhance the aromatic bouquet, and an egg white will add a beautiful head of foam to this refreshing drink. Top it off with soda water and enjoy. To ensure your enjoyment is unadulterated, use only pasteurized egg whites for this cocktail.
